Sarah is a business enthusiast bringing passion and purpose to all. She’s an avid speaker of the importance of disciplines in our daily lives and how that can impact our inner motivation. While she’s a mom of 3 active boys, volunteers in her local church, and works in Corporate America, she started her own fitness business through her in-home studio, SPBfit in March of 2020.  That’s right, she started a business as the pandemic commenced and she’s never looked back. She has a passion for helping people realize their potential through exercise and mind, body and spirit health.

Laura Fooks is the Cofounder + CEO (Chief Encouragement Officer!) of Light Speaks Loudest where she actively speaks life into teen girls through her subscription box service.  She considers herself a recovering perfectionist and striving anti-racist who has been changed irrevocably by God’s love. Laura and her husband, Aaron, live in Denver with their goldendoodle pup.
