Clarence T. Bishop has more than 40 years of leadership experience in federal and local government including service as Confidential Assistant to the U.S. Under Secretary of Commerce, Chief of Staff to Georgia Congressman and civil rights legend John Lewis, and Chief of Staff to former Maryland Congressman and national small business advocate Parren J. Mitchell.

Major L. Clark, Ill is the Deputy Chief Counsel in the Office of Advocacy of the United States Small Business Administration. He has been an active member of the Office of advocacy since 1998 and leads a team of attorneys and economists. He is responsible for the day-to-day operations, reviewing government contracting issues, including regulations related to Federal Acquisitions, HUBZone, 8(a), Small Business Innovation Research, and Minority Enterprise Development programs.

Anthony W. Robinson. Esq., principal of the Robinson Firm, has served concurrently as President of the Minority Business Legal Defense and Education Fund (MBELDEF). As President he has guided the company into its status as the premiere legal advocacy and watchdog organization on behalf of the small and minority business community.

Jimmy Rhee was appointed Special Secretary of the Governor’s Office of Small, Minority & Women Business Affairs (formerly the Governor’s Office of Minority Affairs) by Governor Larry Hogan and began service to the State of Maryland in January 2015. Rhee’s responsibilities include advising the governor on policy matters related to small, minority- and women-owned businesses and monitoring the state’s Small Business Reserve (SBR) and Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) procurement programs across 70 agencies.
