Our latest podcast focuses on three areas of management that we have found are of the greatest importance for our clients over the past 13 months. The Covid pandemic forced businesses to operate in very different ways, by having people work from home where possible and then connecting them through technology, often with uneven results. The ability - and inability - to direct staff in a decentralized work model exposed weaknesses in many managers. By utilizing three management concepts - Delegation, Relationship Building, Culture of Accountability - any manager can dramatically improve the performance of their department as well as confidence in their management ability.
