Did you know that only 6.6% of fortune 100 CEO’s are female.  And per data compiled by Bloomberg in 2019, of the five best-paid executives at each of the Standard & Poor's 500 Index companies, only 198 were women, or 8 percent of the total.

Lisa Karell is your co-host, she is the Founder of Metanoia Inc.  Lisa is a seasoned C-level executive with 35 years of hands-on, servant leadership experience who thrives on empowering others to discover the best self they can be. Lisa’s passion is in developing world-class leaders, enabling them to traverse change through leadership development, coaching and organizational strategy consulting.  She has worked with executives at all levels, improving their leadership capabilities and organizations from 5M to 50M to better align strategies, systems and processes reflecting an improved ROI.
