Starting as a Civil Engineer and going through military structured training programs, he values hard work and wants to teach the future generation the importance of building skilled workers.
This podcast will discuss the advantages and disadvantages to different types of soil stabilizers, the shortage of skilled workers, and why experimenting with new things within the industry is important. Patrick knows firsthand that road construction is hard work, especially when building runways on what he called “marshmallows” due to the deep clay in South Korea and caliche clay issues in Phoenix, Arizona before he began his work with the City of Renton.
