31. Becoming an Indispensable NP with Ananya Datta

30m · Published 12 Jan 07:00

For many of us, 2020 was the year that pushed us (quite forcefully) out of our comfort zones. In addition to the tremendous impact of COVID, 2020 was also the first year that I didn’t work full-time as a nurse practitioner. I’ve talked before about the guilt I felt in sort of stepping back as a provider in what, at the time, felt like the height of the pandemic, but in today’s episode, I want to talk about this shift that I think a lot of us experienced in 2020.

Today, I talk to a fellow NP and entrepreneur, Ananya Datta, about leaning into change, developing your niche as a provider, and about ultimately becoming indispensable as a nurse practitioner.
