He led the HRD function in Titagarh Wagons at their Plant in Hind Motors initially and later joined L&T as Regional HR Head in Delhi in 2008 and was responsible for leading HR teams for Northern Region. He moved in Corporate role subsequently and has provided leadership to multiple teams in areas of Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Leadership Development, Employee Engagement, Compensation & Benefits, OD Intervention, Performance Management globally. Ravinder has completed Executive Program in Human Resources from IIM Calcutta and HR Leadership Development Program from XLRI, Jamshedpur. He holds his Masters in IR & PM from Nagpur University. He is also a Certified Coach for Life (ACSTH) from International Coaching Federation (ICF).Ravi has won Best HR Executive by L&T Infrastructure and is a recipient of L&T Annual HR Awards.
