We had a GREAT time interviewing this next guy, Pete Skouras, from FreedomSoft fame.  He is one of the main guys who designed and created the software with Preston Ely.  But you know what else is cool?  He is actually doing a bunch of deals today & making a great living from it.  In this episode we dive deeply on how he gets his deals and how he negotiates with sellers.

Both Alex and I have been mentored by Cris Chico when we got started in the Wholesaling business.  He is a Young Sage when it comes to real estate investing and helping people make their first check.  In this episode, Cris shares some great insight for beginners who maybe are worried about taking that leap.  He talks a lot about getting focused and STAYING focused.

For example, he has all his students focus on one thing – marketing and talking to sellers.  His big goal for each student he coaches is to get them to start their marketing and start talking to sellers within 2 weeks.  That’s brilliant if you ask me!

Cris also shares some really helpful information on how he manages his time & how he keeps track of all the projects that he has going on.  Cris is very focused and organized, and he shares some great tips on how he holds it all together.

In this next episode of the Real Estate Investing Mastery Podcast, we get to talk to Todd Toback, one of the guys that got me (Joe) started in this business about 3-4 years ago.  Todd is a great guy – I don’t know what else to say.  He is a deal maker.  Todd is one of the most creative guys I know.  He can find ways to do deals that very few are able to come up with.  I think you will agree with me after you listen to this episode that Todd is a Creative Genius!

You’re going to love this podcast episode with David Olds.  David is one of those “good ‘ole country boys” from down south in TN (even though he is not originally from there!).  He’s a great investor and doing tons of deals – mostly wholesaling and some rehabbing.  We think you will enjoy meeting him.  He doesn’t have anything to sell & no website to send to people.  Just a great guy doing great things!

You won’t believe this – but I actually had lunch in St Louis with Michael Jake today!  (We recorded this episode about 3 weeks ago.)  He lives in Colorado Springs, CO and I live in St Louis, MO.  We had a 2-day Lifeonaire retreat here in St Louis & he decided to show up!  It was a total surprise, and it was great hanging out with him and talking shop.  I am really impressed with Mike’s level of integrity and professionalism.  He really love this business.  And, he really loves teaching people about real estate – as you will soon find out in this episode.
