Do you think that everyone else thinks like you? If you think that in fact others do not think like you, then what makes you think that treating everyone the same is the right way to go

Whether you’re dealing with sales, negotiations, partnerships, or your personal life, it’s important to remember that everyone has a unique personality type, and to effectively connect with others we need to adapt to what theirs is.

There are several personality assessments you can take such as the Enneagram, Myers-Briggs, or the DISC assessments, those require someone to answer a lengthy questionnaire to give you a detailed report. This isn’t practical in the moment of an interaction with someone.

So what’s the solution?

There’s a simple personality framework that can be described by the acronym STARE

S – Stability
T – Technical
A – Action
R – Relationships
E – Expressive

Each person loosely falls into one of these 5 types, and in this episode Coach George Wang is going to go through exactly what each of these mean and how you adapt to each type. Make sure you listen to the whole episode, so you know how to easily connect with anyone you meet.
