In a move that sent ripples through the housing market, Jerome Powell, the Federal Reserve Chair, today once again opted to keep interest rates unchanged at the recent Fed meeting today. Marvin, real estate aficionado extraordinaire breaks this all down for how it will affect realtors,buyers,and selllers, I joked that, “Powell’s keeping us on our toes, like a dance floor in a shaky market. It’s like waiting for the punchline of a joke—will rates fall before the fall? Who knows, But hey, at least stability’s the name of the game for now.
