Nate talks about the sacrifices a Real Estate Agent makes and the impact they have on quality of life, relationships, and business operations. He explains why relinquishing control and building a like-minded Team are a part of the (rOS)™ Road Map - and how the People Pillar creates an incredible business with personal freedom.

(rOS)™ - The Business Issues List

14m · Published 05 May 00:00

In this episode, Nate discusses some general business issues that Real Estate Agents face.  The goal when identifying business issues here is to pinpoint areas of friction in your business, that are preventing you from getting wherever it is you are set out to go. Linking business issues to your Big Rocks and Quarterly Rocks, keeps you narrowly focused on your business priorities and action items that need your more immediate attention.

This is a significant part of the (rOS)™ system and Road Map that set you up for high-performing success. Download your FREE (rOS)™ Road Map today!

(rOS)™ - Quarterly Rocks

15m · Published 11 Apr 16:00

In this episode, Nate breaks down the (rOS)™ model to explain Rocks.

Rocks are big picture tasks, projects, and goals, that you are looking to tackle and accomplish.  These Rocks are then taken and broken down into Quarterly-Rocks that are attainable goals that are measurable.  Accountability then becomes the work, rather than the daily to-do list.

Nate then mentions the importance of limiting distractions, strategically prioritizing, and creating efficiencies. Implementing this mind-shift of a long-term vision, that you break down to 10-Years, then to 3-Years, and then into Quarterly rocks, allows you to achieve more and live a well-balanced life.

(rOS)™ - Creating Your One-Year Plan

19m · Published 07 Apr 18:00

In this episode, Nate discusses the One-Year Plan and the magic of the (rOS)™ Road Map. He breaks down the difference between thinking of things you want to do and actually achieving your goals. Nate explains why writing your goals and having a clear Road Map takes you to a higher level of thinking with focused and purposeful action - that delivers results.

(rOS)™ - What Is Your Three-Year Target?

15m · Published 06 Apr 17:00

In this episode, Nate explains the (rOS)™ Road Map as a simplified two-page business plan and discusses the benefits of developing game-changing goals and setting up a three-year target.  Nate suggests putting pen to paper, with specific goals, an exact number of what your revenue will be, and a pinpointed target date that you will achieve these goals. Ultimately, a three-year target allows for clarity of vision and a commitment to your Road Map with focus and intention.
