While working as a nurse in a cancer field, she frequently came across questions by patients like how they got cancer and why this happened to them? Answers to these questions were genetics, food, climate and air pollution.

Ivana says we can’t control our environment, but we can control our eating habits. And from there, she started experimenting with food to make a healthy change in eating habits.
