In this episode, Julie chats with Elana to talk about recent surveys on how companies may be failing to alleviate burnout for their employees as well as what companies can do to keep an open dialogue with their employees so that managers can intervene and eliminate burnout.

Mickey has over 20 years' experience as a practitioner in supply chain, sourcing and procurement. Ms. North Rizza is the founding member of the ISM Supply Chain Risk Management Group, which she chaired in 2015.
