Personal and work-life can be rather chaotic for most of us that struggle to quiet the mind...however, studies have shown how meditation can benefit us both mentally and physically. Evidence shows that there is actually a direct link between nasal breathing and our cognitive functions. This study shows, that the act of breathing itself, even in the absence of smells, can influence our emotions and memory.

The success of Digital Transformation sits in the diversity of the individuals that drive Digital Transformation.

It is not about one leader’s influence or directive – it is about a diverse team challenging thought processes, scenario planning and co-accountability that ultimately leads to a sustainable Digital Transformation Strategy. Every proposal needs to support the intent of digitizing the entire organisation. To enable these strategies, we need to frame our thinking very differently.
