Ty Hookway owner of CleanCraft chooses to always "see the good in people." Since starting his company in 1995 Ty has learned that servant leadership is critical to his success. Evaluating individuals by their future and not by their past, he gives those who need a second chance most a "hand up".

Mark has the vision to touch a BILLION people's lives over the next 15 years. Sometimes it is best to just "slow down" to take time to think and meet people where they are is key to building a great culture... "we must walk the talk."
