Lyle has been building and operating  1200 km of community-based open-access networks in the far north of Canada since 2009. Lyle discusses with us the importance of community-based networks and how they are essential to allowing indigenous contribution to the economy, helping us protect our environment, create innovation opportunities and lead to better reconciliation outcomes.
