I had a great conversation with Brent Wees about the sales process, time management aspect of sales and a few other items that we got into.

I had the pleasure in speaking with Khalil Shaffeeullah regarding the horrible events that transpired in Christchurch NZ.  We talked about a number of different points of view and I learned a ton.

Start building processes that have the customer in mind, not you!
