8 Things to Do to Stay Peaceful Inside When Things Aren’t Peaceful Outside

29m · Published 16 Oct 21:06

The recent tragic violence in Israel and Gaza has been and continues to be so sad, scary, and upsetting. In the face of such horrific events, it’s often extremely difficult to find an authentic sense of peace and equanimity within ourselves. On this episode, I share 8 specific things we can do to stay peaceful inside when things aren’t peaceful around us - in the world, in our communities, in our organizations, or in our families.
