Luke started out in the sales and business development side of the industry learning how to sell to potential clients. In my opinion this is often an overlooked aspect of the industry when we discuss careers within it, being able to sell and clearly articulate the value add is a hugely valuable skill set, and completely different to most aspects of the industry. Luke also shares his thoughts on how to stand out in interviews and what he looks for when hiring, as well as his opinion on University. A genuine pleasure to have Luke on the show, if you are thinking about getting into the industry or starting your own agency, this is a must listen.
