Why do my eyes feel more dry after COVID-19?

Why do my eyes feel more dry after COVID-19?

Link: https://rankingmastery.com/edit_questions.asp?action=info&id=1519&a=9005&p=

Answer is:

Since COVID started, most people work from home and through virtual means. We are seeing an increase in screen time from everyone, especially from young people who are going through virtual schooling. The increased screen time and lack of blinking while staring at the screen causes people of all ages to develop dry eyes as well as other visual complications, such as a significant shift in their prescription toward nearsightedness.

The masks also create opportunities for dry eyes. As we breathe, our breaths are vented upward by our masks… this causes the air to circulate and blow into our eyes constantly.
Combined this cycle with increased screen time creates the perfect situation for dry eyes.

Ask your eye doctor how to circumvent this vicious cycle.

Why do autoimmune conditions cause dry eyes?

Why do autoimmune conditions cause dry eyes?

Link: https://rankingmastery.com/edit_questions.asp?action=info&id=1518&a=9005&p=

Answer is:

Due to the chronic nature of these conditions, our bodies are in constant inflammatory flare ups.  The eyes are made of different combinations of tissues, and some of these tissues will go into inflammatory responses when our bodies have an attack.  The constant attacks will cause dry eyes over time.

There is no relief for this type of dry eyes except for anti-inflammatory drugs.

Let your eye doctor know if you have any of these conditions. Dry eyes can be managed and you can get relief from it, just not cured.

What contact lenses are recommended for extreme sports?

What contact lenses are recommended for extreme sports?

Link: https://rankingmastery.com/edit_questions.asp?action=info&id=1517&a=9005&p=

Answer is:

Contact lenses overall are great for most sports, especially daily contact lenses. The ease of wear and care for daily contact lenses is the most attractive mode of correction for most people.  It is usually safe and the risks of infection are usually minimal with the proper usage.

However, the usual soft contact lenses get dry too easily for most extreme sports like skiing, where the weather is extreme.  Extreme sports and extreme environments require specialty contact lenses such as scleral lenses or ortho-k.

Ask your eye doctor which contact lenses are best for you if you are into extreme sports or living in an extreme environment.

Why should I hire a motivational speaker?

Why should I hire a motivational speaker?

Link: https://rankingmastery.com/edit_questions.asp?action=info&id=1426&a=9148&p=

Answer is:

We've all been there. We've gone to that conference or that convention related to our company or to our area of expertise and there's someone on stage talking about something we really should learn about. They are not engaging and they are not motivational. What's wonderful about a motivational speaker like myself, we actually take logical things that clients, corporations, and conferences want their attendees or employees to learn about and we motivate them.

How do we do that?

We do it through engagement.

We do it through the tone of our voice.

We do it through passion.

We do it through challenges that we offer our audience and questions that we ask.

What you want to look for in a motivational speaker is someone that has the expertise, the knowledge, the background, but also someone that shows up on the video that you're hopefully watching as I have a speakers reel with energy and excitement, because that's what keeps your employees and the audience engaged.

There's something so powerful in our voices when we change the tone, when we smile, when we use our hands and when we are excited, just like I am sharing with you today, why you should hire a motivational speaker more than anything you need to recognize that someone like myself, or if you hire another motivational speaker is passionate about what they teach.

If you're getting a speaker that isn't passionate, your audience is going to see it and pick up on it. Your employees are going to recognize it, and they're not going to walk away motivated.

What benefits companies, organizations, or conferences the most is when their audience walks away motivated.

You can learn more about hiring me as a speaker in a multitude of topics that I am an expert in at galitventurarozen.com.

What is the one skill that every sales person should develop?

What is the one skill every sales person should develop?

Link: https://rankingmastery.com/edit_questions.asp?action=info&id=1425&a=9148&p=

Answer is:

The successful effective communication tip is you've got to be a good listener. Many times salespeople don't even give their client or customer a chance to talk. What if instead you listened, you listened, and then when you heard a keyword that was related to the product or the service that you're selling, you now responded with how that product or service can benefit the client. Pauses are beneficial cause you to give the client time to think instead of pushing them.

Sales is sometimes such a taboo topic. What if instead, we made it about communicating.

What I've done in my career is really get to know my client or customer, understand exactly what they're looking for, and then do my best to fill that void that needs to find something in my services or product that benefit that client.

I work with so many high-end salespeople and I have to tell you, they don't ever think, they stop and just listen.

Is Sales for me?

Is Sales for me?

Link: https://rankingmastery.com/edit_questions.asp?action=info&id=1424&a=9148&p=

Answer is:

The first question, shouldn't be "is sales for me?", it should be "what product or service do I feel excited about selling?". You've seen it and you've bought it. Salespeople or companies or sales representatives that possibly are selling something that excites you but it's not just about exciting you. It's that there are benefits to you associated with buying that product or that service. I need you to step back and think about the items and the services you've bought in your life, what have you bought, why, and who did you buy it from?

How do you build a rapport? How do you build a relationship of trust so that clients can be loyal?

I have seen it over and over again with my own clients. I really listen and I focus on what they want to accomplish if it's a service or a product.

Then I tailor my programs and my training specifically to those companies, as well as my talks.

I would love to sell all day long, in my sleep. Be passionate and excited about it, step away from being salesy, and focus on the benefits.

How can I motivate myself?

How can I motivate myself?

Link: https://rankingmastery.com/edit_questions.asp?action=info&id=1423&a=9148&p=

Answer is:

What you want to do is ask yourself "Why do I do what I do every day?". If it's going to work, starting your own business, taking care of your family, whatever it might be. When you know your "why" you will be motivated every single day.

I have three lovely children and they are my "why". They are my reason for wanting more. They are my "why" for getting up in the morning and working. They are my "why" for wanting financial freedom and success because I want them never to be held back.

You share with yourself your own tips.

There's something so powerful as someone that's been an entrepreneur for 25 years, I have to motivate myself every day. There are more ways that you can do that. I can share those with you through my website, or if you'd like to learn more about my speaking, my training, or working with me one-on-one, I share with my clients' multiple ways to be motivated every day in their business or their career.

How can I motivate my sales team?

How can I motivate my sales team?

Link: https://rankingmastery.com/edit_questions.asp?action=info&id=1422&a=9148&p=

Answer is:

You've got to understand your salespeople. This isn't about just the numbers that you want to accomplish in your company. Yes, that's a part of it, but what is it that motivates you?

For one, it might be the money, for another, it might be financial freedom to take their kids and their family anywhere they want, for another it could possibly be being promoted to a different division.

If it's just money, great. Dig a little deeper.

"What is it that you are motivated about when it comes to money?"

"What is it that you want in your life because of financial freedom?"

The next thing that you want to do is you want to train your employees.

You want to train them to not be pushy salespeople, but to focus on what that client needs, listen to them, stop talking, only respond and share specifically what they're looking to benefit from that product or service, and then tell them that part. There's so much that you could share about a product or service. Why don't you focus on that? It's exciting when I get the opportunity to show companies and corporations, how to motivate their sales employees as well as do presentations.

You can learn more about that at galitventurarozen.com.

How can I motivate my employees?

How can I motivate my employees?

Link: https://rankingmastery.com/edit_questions.asp?action=info&id=1421&a=9148&p=

Answer is:

What can you do? Well, the first thing is you've got to look at them as people, not as numbers or as positions. You've got to make sure that they know that you see them as people.

As someone that's been an entrepreneur for so many years, I also know that fine line between being the employee and the boss versus being their friend.

You can still ask your employees "What motivates you? What gets you up in the morning? What excites you about coming to work?" listen and then create programs, create a culture, create training surrounding what excites them.

Sometimes the easiest thing you can do is focus and recognize that it is easier to get your employee to work where their strength is versus where their weakness is.

Have them working in those areas every day, then fill the gaps with employees that might have strengths in the area of this employee's weakness. It's a great start to motivating your employees.

Of course, there's a lot more involved and I offer amazing presentations up to 90 minutes and employee one-on-one training.

If you'd like to learn more about how to motivate your employees, make sure to check out galitventurarozen.com for more information, and to contact me.
