Let’s dive into some really exciting news we’ve been talking about for a while now but getting some validation.

AirBnb CEO, Brian Chesky, just stated that they will need millions more hosts to meet surging demand.

What areas are people searching?

Rural areas

Small towns

Entry Points to State & National Parks

Demand is crazy right now and STR have become the preferred choice for many travelers.

I’ve been saying that Covid was a multi trillion dollar advertising campaign for the STR industry and is sound like Brian agrees.

We are seeing the length of stays continuing to increase and we are hearing from multiple sources that approximately 50% of companies are planning to allow remote work post pandemic.

Right now many hosts are seeing almost 100% occupancy heading into the travel season.  This is an indication that we are going to see ANR go up for many hosts adding to the bottom line.

In short, the future looks very bright and there is a lot of opportunity for those of us in the STR game for the foreseeable future.
