It’s 2023, and collectively as a society, we know it’s essential to be active on social media if you want your business to survive. I have spoken to many Salon and Spa owners in Australia who still have that daunting feeling when I mention those two words, social media; however, my number one goal is to make the journey fun and easy, regardless of what platform you decide to use! The best social media platform for your business depends on various factors, such as your industry, goals, content type, and budget; however, there are a few things to consider when asking yourself this and to keep it short and sweet, I have curated my top three questions I ask new clients. 1.
