The real estate strategy of flipping is a popular, well-known option, but the live-in flip strategy is less commercialized.  In episode 31, we introduce Julie as a new member of our team and dive deeper into her experience as a Live-In Flipper. 

Julie and her husband have 2 young boys and they are in the middle of tackling live-in flip property #3.  She shares actionable strategies on how to: 

• Approach purchasing a property as an investment and a primary residence
• Create personal space in the midst of a construction zone
• Present the opportunity to teach kids on how to tackle obstacles, problem solving, estimates and budgets.
