Lynda with a why?

Lynda sits down for an honest and hilarious chat with her brother the Irish Vegan Warrior. Martin went Vegan 3 years ago and hasn't looked back. Lynda will be completing veganuary which is a challenge to go vegan for January. Martin gives all Lynda listeners the best advice to go Vegan or to even a few plant based meals a week.
