The boys cover their love & interest for art, their selective eating choices, and the first argument in the history of OMP. Dominick has the opinion that in order to be successful and fulfilled you must make sacrifices, he's not willing to give up anything else other than sleep. Tomas believes that eight hours a night of sleep is beneficial to your mental and physical health, in turn this will induce happiness throughout your life. Mental health is an important thing to keep up with. Anxiety and being self conscience is apart of your mental being. In this episode of OMP Tomas goes into the show with anxiety that was built up throughout the week about his podcasting ability.
