Trust Me On This

You and I probably know of Matt Tong from his days as the drummer of Bloc Party. Nowadays he's most known for his work with Algiers, one of the finest bands out there at the moment.

Matt came by today to talk about his music endeavors, his relationship to music, language, and art in general, and why he believes it is okay to sometimes be unhappy.

Lainey Woo is an NYC-based actress who recently starred in Julian Carlo Santos' "The Last Christmas Party" (as Jun), alongside Anna Clare Kerr, Samantha Brooks, and Martin Drop.  

Lainey swung by today to talk all things "Last Christmas Party", acting as a higher calling, as well as the importance of connecting with people; especially in times of high emotional and social turbulence.

Howdy peeps!

Some time ago I decided to make the switch from those incredibly deep and insightful Instagram Live chats I was having during the course of this past summer to a pre-recorded podcast format; a change I was more than welcome to embrace.

To celebrate said change, I decided to summon my dear friend, fellow comedian, female empowerment machine - Brittany Brave. For the reasons Brittany herself explained we had to keep it rather short, but we still nonetheless managed to touch upon a wide range of socially-charged topics which, in all honesty - make Brittany Brave the perfect candidate to start us off on the new chapter of "Trust Me On This".
