Alison believes that our language plays a crucial role, not just in communicating with others, but in shaping our goals, motivation, and progress. Through her podcast "Landscaping Your Life with Alison Smith," she explores the power of nature's metaphors to unlock our stuck stories and lead us to clarity and action.

Have you ever felt like you were at a crossroads or so deep in the woods that you couldn't see a way out? Alison uses these natural analogies to help us reframe our challenges and discover new perspectives. We talk about why people resist change, how metaphors can be a powerful toolkit for breakthroughs, and the refreshing view that might await us if we dare to take a different path — both in our minds and in the great outdoors.
