Thriving Through Fear: Fear gives you an opportunity to discover something different—to learn and to grow

45m · Age Slayers with Traci Lynn · 19 Mar 20:13

Jacqueline Wales grew up in the School of Hard Knocks and witnessed first-hand many of the conditions that sabotage a person’s ability to succeed.

In hundreds of conversations with people over the years, she found a common thread: the fear of taking the next step. This motivated her to write and publish her 1st book - The Fearless Factor to help people who have struggled like she had. She followed that book up with - The Fearless Factor @ Work - to help skilled professionals let go of the fear of being seen as a fraud (imposter syndrome) so they can continue growing and succeeding in the work place.

You can learn more about how to accelerate change in your life in this podcast. You can also download an excerpt on fear from my book on my website at www.thefearlessfactoratwork.com
