Through conversation and learning through shared experience, The Applause is a celebration of the people in our life that have stood by us, cheered us on in the sidelines, advocated for us, and helped us get back up when we stumbled. The Applause demonstrates the power of many. This change is an opportunity to expand and grow this community by aligning with The Applause mission of driving and encouraging diversity and inclusion. Those have been the values for this community from the beginning, but with this new name—the podcast’s values and identity are now better aligned.
