Beautiful Reflections

Thought patterns can feel heavy. It is easier to think our way through life rather than allowing ourselves to feel. Especially if what we are feeling is uncomfortable or scary.

Water is the element which reflections emotions. Emotions are just energy in motion. As I reflect on the relationship I have with water I se the correlation between that and my relationship with emotions. 

This was an episode that was made and published back in February but when I originally uploaded it there were issues with the video. 

There has been a lack of boundary in my life because I have felt unworthy and worthless. I have not set healthy boundaries with the underlining fear that if hold boundaries then I will miss out on the opportunity to receive love and connection. With this reflection comes me taking responsibility for how I have not shown up for myself and making the change. 

Spending time with myself at the park and reflections that come from being present with thoughts, feelings, and observations. 

Shifting out of survival mode by drinking water. 

As I reflect on my relationship with food I realize it's the same relationship I have with my body. Can we feel gratitude if we are not fully present? 

The why behind we do something is what keeps us going. It matters. Here's mine.
