Interview: Nuzo Onoh
1h 5m · PublishedThis is easily the best book I have read this year. I got interview the Queen of African Horror, Nuzo Onoh, and read her book, A Dance for the Dead and I was completely blown away. The way I was sucked into this other culture and into this village in Africa was so masterfully done that I just had to have her on the show.
We talk about all kinds of things to include how culture plays a role in how we perceive a story, the role women played in that society, how the main characters are faced with giving up the things they held onto so dear so that their world could be set right, and lots of other things.
The interview is just as amazing as the book. Take a listen, you will be glad you did.
