She is an incredibly accomplished woman that decided to follow her dream of bringing women on stage. In our journeys, we always face challenges and, in the case of Eylem, these were related to bullying in the workplace. What did she do? Increase her self-awareness, understand that she was not the problem and become a Workplace Bullying Expert✍️

We are impressed with her positivity and that she always looks into the bright side. Now she knows very well what are her strengths and she uses them to help others with her company. Through her Sponsorship program, she offers them the possibility to shine in many stages and to understand their market value, ⚠️ performances are not for free!

E3 Lara Khalaf: Embrace Your Feminine Leadership

28m · Published 23 Dec 15:00

The conscious, fun and energetic Lara Khalaf is our third mentor. Lara is originally from Syria and is now based between Spain and the UK. She is a Women's Empowerment and Feminine Leadership Specialist, with more than 20 years of international experience managing large team operations in the private, corporate and public sectors. Her boutique firm focuses on coaching, training and developing leadership skills for women at the level of mind, body and spirit. She has delivered a TEDxtalk and speaks in international stages.

At a very young age, she started in the business world. Following her heart, she decided to move to the UK where she became very successful. She shares incredible lessons, amongst them 'if somebody believes in you more than you believe in yourself, allow them'. With her boutique firm, she supports women to find their unique leadership style, combining deep healing, science and strategy. Lara believes that we should aim for energy equality in business and that means embracing our feminine powers. We do not need to use our masculine side to be great women leaders.

'An unhealed woman is a disempowered women', so we ask her tips to heal ourselves and use our full potential, both personally and professionally. Lara recommends connecting to our womanhood, define our femininity and practice the art of presence. Are you connected?

E2 Stephanie Holt: Never Doubt Yourself

25m · Published 22 Dec 14:00

Our second mentor is Stephanie Holt. Stephanie is based in California, she has more than twenty-five years working experience in the technology sector and fifteen years in executive leadership roles. Her unique insights support women from a place of experience and she is an advocate for women in STEM Executive Leadership.

In this interview, Stephanie shares how was to be women in Technology when she started her professional journey, her learnings and screw-ups. Her professional career took her to Singapore, where she tells us she gained perspective and confidence, in her own words, "those were different times, there were only two women with Executive roles in Singapore".

Stephanie retired in February, but being retired does not mean she is not active. On the contrary, she does corporate training, keynote speaking and speaks her mind in LinkedIn. Nowadays, she uses all her experiences in her training and keynote speeches. She is passionate about helping women and creating safe working environments for everyone.

We ask Stephanie about mentoring, she shares great tips and things you should think about when choosing your mentor. Amongst her recommendations: find mentors who are in a different industry and set clear expectations.

She shares a screw-up moment that taught her to never doubt herself again.
