39m · Published 12 Apr 06:36

In this episode, we speak with Jessica Hayes the VP of People at Whereby. Whereby has been a 'remote first' hybrid company. Having 2 official office spaces and a few unofficial ones. She discusses how companies can use offices to their advantage in the future of work.
