This took some trial and error, but I finally figured it out. 🧐  

It can be difficult to let someone else take the reins.  When I stopped seeing patients at my practice and handed over the day-to-day operations, it took me about six months to fully transfer out.  Our practice is our baby, we want to make sure it’s hitting all its developmental milestones. 🐣

When he first opened a practice, it didn’t go as planned; he didn’t have a staff or the proper procedures in place.  He was the one knocking on doors, answering the phones, and changing the lightbulbs. 😰
