CEO & Community Leader - Seth Morales

31m · Published 18 Jan 03:49

Seth Morales is the Chief Executive Officer at Morales Group where he joined as employee #5 in 2005.

Regarded as one of the top executives in staffing and recruiting, Seth served Morales Group in various sales, marketing, and operations roles before becoming CEO in 2020. Since 2005, Seth has helped scale the business from a few million dollars per year in sales to now over $150 million.

Seth also hosts a podcast called No Milk No Sugar, where he talks to local movers and shakers in Indianapolis about what can be the harsh reality of doing business - covering what no one likes to advertise but everyone wants to hear.

Outside of investing in the people of Morales Group, Seth serves on several community boards including the Indiana Latino Institute and Ascension St. Vincent Health.

In his own words, "A long long time ago, I caught the game winning touchdown pass from Drew Brees to beat Ohio State which gave us the opportunity to win the Big Ten Championship and to play in the Rose Bowl." As a former college football player myself (at a much smaller level), I'm obsessed with this fact. While at Purdue University, Seth earned a bachelor of arts degree, Academic All Big Ten, and belonged to several campus organizations including the football program. Later, Seth also earned an MBA from the University of Notre Dame.

Morales Group is different. In fact, Seth considers them to be a cause disguised as a company. Morales Group is a nationally recognized, Indianapolis based MBE staffing company. Their family of services deliver measurable results and an array of solutions for many staffing needs. They draw upon the unique spirit and ability of a globally diverse workforce to enhance their clients' business agility, productivity, and competitiveness.
