Hello friends today’s episode is very interesting and is all about subconscious mind functioning & programming (Part 1)

It's indeed very fascinating to learn about how our mind & subconscious works and codes all the information. I believe we can harness this knowledge to get the results and create the life we want.

In this episode, I talk about how we create our reality based on our subconscious programming. Yes, we all create our reality based on our unique blueprint our internal filters which are developed and adopted by us right from childhood.

These internal filters get integrated into our subconscious mind and form programming which then creates our reality i.e determines how we show up in the world, take action, make decisions or don’t make decisions, patterns that keep showing in our life.

EP 18: Why is it important to set unapologetic boundary: Part 2 + Effective mindful hack to practise boundary

This is part 2 of the episode 'Why setting boundaries is important in life'. You'll agree that setting healthy empowering boundaries will ensure our peace of mind and also allow easy-flowing relations.

A few examples of having good healthy boundaries look like

  • Giving priority to your own self-care needs & things that bring joy
  • Saying NO to people in situations that drain 
  • Taking action on projects and having passion that excites
  • Taking breaks & not constantly hustling with work
  • Giving ourselves permission to walk away from anything that robs the peace of mind
  • Following good self-care routine and habits that uplift & elevates life
  • Not allowing actions opinion talk of others affect our energy & mood

We don't need boundaries just on a physical level but we also need them on mental, emotional and energy levels. So often we feel drained or low energy due to poor boundaries around energy, where we let other people's energy or outside situations affect us. 

Having good conscious awareness and being mindful can save us a lot of energy. I share here a very easy yet effective mindful hack to protect our energy and how we can have a good energy boundary on a day-to-day basis, listen to the episode till the end!

EP 16: Are you really Adaptable to Change?

Hello friends, welcome back!

In our journey of becoming an unapologetic aligned self that enables us to create & live a life of dreams, it is important to be adaptable to change!

Even though we have heard this line so many times in our life the question is are we truly adaptable to change? Change can be difficult and uncomfortable as our subconscious tries to keep us in the same repetitive pattern under the disguise of protecting us. This can keep us away from our greatest potential.

Fear and discomfort usually accompany change as it is associated with the unseen unknown and thus unsafe. Avoiding or resisting change under the disguise of discomfort or fear is of no good to us and we must learn to overcome the fear of change to truly step into our greatness!

I discuss more on why change is difficult and what we can do to become adaptable to change and start living life being our highest unapologetic aligned self!

EP 15: New year...new YOU! Easy way to follow-through new year resolution & goals

So it's the time of the year for setting those new year goals, intentions and vision for the year! Oftentimes there is also the kind of pressure that comes along during this time to start taking action and really get going on planning goals which can become feverish at times. There's no mandate that a new year should be the time to start with new goals or actions. Having said that, the new year is indeed one of the greatest times to start something fresh & new.

If you are serious about your new year's resolution and are committed to follow-through your goals/resolution this year then this episode is for you. In this episode, I share a simple yet profound element to ensure that we not only follow through on new year goals but enjoy the process all along.

Everywhere we are told about constant hustling being the only way to success in life but am here to bust that myth and rather conform to taking aligned inspired action for creating massive success.

Yes, you heard it right we need not do the constant unending inspiring exhaustive hustle to be successful in life rather be more intentional in our actions and take aligned inspired action to create lasting success in a more joyous aligned inspired way!

EP 13: Start before you are READY by taking Aligned Inspired Action

Hello friends,

Today's episode is all about starting before you are ready by taking ALIGNED INSPIRED ACTION. This brilliant strategy ensures we take 'desired action' towards our purpose, goals, or breakthrough resistance in a consistent definitive fruitful way. We are constantly bombarded with information of taking consistent action but most often than not it can lead to exhaustion and unhappiness. 

To set up for a win we have to take consistent action, there is no bypass for that. However, if we are intentional about these action steps i.e they are aligned with our purpose, aligned with our true authentic unapologetic self, and are inspired action not just forceful meaningless hard work. It will ensure that we take long-lasting consistent action that would eventually lead to success!

EP:12 What does it really mean to have a 'BREAKTHROUGH'

Hello, friends!

Today's episode is all about having or creating a BREAKTHROUGH & what it really means to have a breakthrough!

I have a very interesting take on breakthroughs the more I have understood about it it has really helped create lasting changes. You would have heard a lot about how limiting beliefs, stories, and subconscious thoughts impede & slow down our progress of manifestation. When everything in this universe is energy any positive aligned action that we take towards our goal or dream helps us achieve and manifest that goal.

Just like there are positive actions that lead to positive patterns and determine success similarly there are negative opposite thoughts, resistance, and limited patterns that determine no progress, being stuck or stagnant.

Over the period of time, have realised that to truly have any kind of breakthrough in any area of our lives we have to break through these limiting patterns or self-sabotaging habits, behaviours & thoughts that are not allowing us to progress in life.

Thus it is important to have breakthroughs. It is important for every single one of us to really break free from limited thinking patterns because that is how only we can progress and truly achieve breakthroughs in our life.
