We are headteachers Janet Hayward, of Cadoxton and Oakfield primary schools in Barry, and Huw Powell, of Mary Immaculate High School in Wenvoe, and in this podcast we will discuss issues facing schools in Wales. We will cover a broad agenda, focusing on what school leaders, teachers, pupils, parents and our communities want to know. We will also hear from a variety of special guests. During that period, attainment at the school rose significantly and OFSTED inspections twice rated Morpeth as Outstanding. Sir Alasdair currently advises the Welsh Government on raising attainment.
