S4-E18: God Cares About Your Love Life

34m · Published 17 Jul 12:00
God cares about your love life. Yet it is obvious by the way people behave that they have convinced themselves otherwise. They've convinced themselves that their hearts don't matter and that somehow their romantic lives are less important than other areas.

That's why Suzette stopped by to tell you that the reason your relationships haven't worked isn't because God doesn't care. It's because He really does.

If you are stuck in a cycle of failed relationships and don't know how to break free, reach out. I have a proven history of helping high achieving women reclaim their power in their relationships and transform their love lives. You can reach me at:

S4-E17: What If?

23m · Published 10 Jul 12:00
What if you do nothing about your love life? What if you keep going about love the same way with the same mindset? If you are in your 20's, possibly 30's, it might not be that big a deal for you. You think you have time to figure this love thing out. But if you are over 40, you realize that you don't have as much time to get it right. In this episode, Suzette invites you to take stock of your relationships, the decision that have created your current reality and your untapped super power to transform your experience of relationships. (Hint: if you can use it to create your current reality, you can use it to create a new one)

If you are stuck in a cycle of self betrayal and mistrust and don't know how to break it, reach out. I have a proven history of helping high achieving women reclaim their power in their relationships and transform their love lives. You can reach me at:

S4-E16: What Part of Yourself Are You Willing to Betray?

33m · Published 03 Jul 12:00
After four decades of failed relationships, I've come to realize something. The whole "falling in love" thing is the ultimate self betrayal. Yet, it's been romanticized and glamorized as the path to true love. In today's episode, Suzette asks what part of yourself are you willing to betray? Referencing the Essence article about Anthony Anderson and his wife calling it quits after 22 years of marriage, Suzette shares how it is a cautionary tale for any woman who sacrifices integrity with herself for love.

S4-E15: Turning A Date Into A Mate? Wait!!

37m · Published 26 Jun 12:00
Just because a man is good at dating does not make him good at mating. Yet, it's the quintessential okey doke of women who find themselves wanting more from men who, quite frankly, have no intention of being in a "relationship" with them. But it doesn't stop women from trying!

That's why, in this episode, Suzette exposes the ways women try to turn men into keepers - after the fact - and recommends that they get clear about what they want instead.

If you are struggling to unravel your own mixed up messed up situation, reach out. I'd love to share my approach with you and how my solutions help you to break the cycle and attract great love into your life. You can reach me at:

S4-E14: The MusicMath of Love

36m · Published 19 Jun 12:00
Who decided that love is blind and so encompassing that you lose all reason and all sensibilities? Songs are written about it and movies are made about it and despite the ups, downs and sideways of it, folks keep buying into the belief that chemistry is the most important thing.

In this episode, Suzette shares why, given the statistics on divorce and the longstanding consequences of love gone wrong, a different approach is needed. Rather than tell women how to navigate this generational paradigm and become more shrewdly tactical in their dating rituals, Suzette introduces her MusicMath Approach to Dating and Relating. Her signature approach is born out of her own journey out of a belief system about love that kept her stuck in an unrelenting cycle of failed relationships.

If other methods and attempts at love have been unsuccessful, give my approach a try. I'd love to share it with you and how the solutions help you to break the cycle and attract great love into your life. You can reach me at:

S4-E13: What Do Lori Harvey, Amber Heard, Jada Pinkett-Smith and Meghan Good All Have In Common?

27m · Published 12 Jun 12:00
Despite the fight for equality and the strides women have made to get a seat at the table, one thing yet remains: women getting blamed in relationships. It doesn't matter whether the man filed for the divorce, the man is a known bad boy, the man behaved badly or the man is on social media looking sad, the woman invariably gets villified. And the media jumps on the band wagon, presenting as many pictures, social media posts, talks with someone "close" to the people involved as they can to bolster it. This ancient attitude that women are responsible for a man's happiness is alive and well.

This is why Suzette goes right into the eye of it and calls it what it is: MYSOGYNY. That age old belief that a woman is wrong to think for herself and have her own ideas. The old belief that a woman's greatest title is the one her man gives her and, if he's struggling or behaving badly, it's her fault. Listen as Suzette debunks that myth, exposes the elephant and invites us to be more honorable and honest.

If you are struggling with a decision because you're afraid of the potential fall out, reach out. What I can promise is that I won't tell you what to do, but I'll help you navigate your way to your own right answer.

S4-E12: What Are You Hearing?

36m · Published 05 Jun 12:00
Despite your best efforts to get answers, do you still have unanswered questions about men and relationships? First, let me tell you, the problem isn't you. And secondly, though it's confusing as heck to go to a relationship expert who tells you one thing, then another tells you something different and, add to that, your man challenges what you've been told, there is an answer. An answer that ends the confusion, ends the second-guessing and ends your suffering.

In today's episode, Suzette zeroes in on what's at the heart of the matter: not what folks are telling you but what you are hearing.

If you are gathering information yet your relationships aren't improving, you might need your hearing checked. Reach out! Three ways to contact Suzette are:

S4-E11: Needy Men

26m · Published 29 May 12:00
In the beginning of a budding romance, we love the texts, the phone calls, the thoughtful gestures. But, when it starts to feel excessive, it can be really overwhelming. Worst, it could be a sign that your man is needy.

While there is not a one-size-fits-all when it comes to men, there are certain behaviors that Suzette urges you not to get so caught up in the euphoria that you minimize. Likewise, today's episode centers around needy men and signs you should not rationalize away, lest you find yourself entrapped.

If you are feeling overwhelmed by your man's neediness or, need help managing your own, reach out. Three ways to contact Suzette are:

S4-E10: Be Careful Who You Listen To

34m · Published 22 May 12:00
It's not what they call you, it's what you answer to. I've heard that and this episode is the same. You have to be careful who you listen to. Who you answer to. Even your best girlfriends can give you the worst advice when it comes to your dating relationship.

That's why in today's episode, she talks candidly about what we hear and how it affects a budding relationship. Strengthening weak areas often requires putting distance between you and contrary friends, especially in the early stages of getting to know someone. Suzette offers you an honest perspective and sage advice about protecting your vision of love.

If you are suffering from other people's opinions and ideologies about men, love or your relationship and you need a safe place to reclaim your own feelings and definition, reach out. Three ways to contact Suzette are:

S4-E9: Be Honest

28m · Published 15 May 12:00
It's more important to be honest than to be right. This is something I didn't know. In my community and home, being right was the goal. If you could convince someone you were right, you had won the argument. I now know that you can win the argument and lose the relationship.

This episode is about the egoic need to be right. Like a skilled surgeon, Suzette cuts away all the rationales for it, what our true motivation is when we fight to be right and how it is doing the exact opposite of what we truly desire.

If you realize that your quest to be right is keeping you from the love you desire, reach out. Three ways to contact Suzette are:
