One of our good friends Barisa who usually works behind the scenes joined Ali and Ashraf on the couch today!

February is a time of year where you start to slow down a bit with your goals, re-think about if you are doing the right things and sometimes even re-analysing what your 2024 priorities are.

In this week's episode the boys spoke about the idea of moving into your late 20s with personal goals they are setting out to achieve before hitting 30. They delved into the fear of aging, being the first person to make change in your community for a better future, importance of your relationship with people's opinions and the connection to failure. So many more topics to mention but no better way but to find it out by listening, sooo....

What an episode we have for you guys this week wooweeee!

Such an honour to have Ustadh Ahmed Zarat on the couch this week from Sydney during his busy time in Melbourne. Ustadh Ahmed is very well known in Sydney for his Maydaan Archery Club. In this episode we spoke about so much including his story from Martial Arts to falling in love with the sunnah sport of Archery, delving into all sunnah sports and how they are the answer to the modern day self-development. Ustadh spoke about the importance of the connection between body & mind and how it co-relates with all aspects in our lives.

Definitely one for the ages this episodes, Ali and Ashraf already said this will be up there in the top 2024 episodes which speaks volumes!! so enjoyyy
