They delved into the fear of aging, being the first person to make change in your community for a better future, importance of your relationship with people's opinions and the connection to failure. What an episode we have for you guys this week wooweeee!

Such an honour to have Ustadh Ahmed Zarat on the couch this week from Sydney during his busy time in Melbourne. Ustadh Ahmed is very well known in Sydney for his Maydaan Archery Club. In this episode we spoke about so much including his story from Martial Arts to falling in love with the sunnah sport of Archery, delving into all sunnah sports and how they are the answer to the modern day self-development. Ustadh spoke about the importance of the connection between body & mind and how it co-relates with all aspects in our lives.

Definitely one for the ages this episodes, Ali and Ashraf already said this will be up there in the top 2024 episodes which speaks volumes!! so enjoyyy
