Welcome to Episode 3 of the Flowcast. My conversation with Saloni Mehta, Founder, and LinkedIn Consultant,  explores how she expanded her workshops and boot camps from a hyper-local affair in Mumbai to a global program with clients across 4 continents!

We talk about the importance of authenticity when it comes to building community. Saloni shares how being vulnerable and choosing to be herself rather than 'performing' prompted a safe space for breakthrough conversations. We also touch over how an X-Men character influenced Sal to think about the drain of wearing a mask over the freedom of being authentic

We also explored what it was like to move from employee to entrepreneur, which involved learning to be okay with uncertainty and using the constraints for creativity.
