Here at Beach Church, we believe that great leaders serve from a calling! On this episode, Pastor Carey and recent interns Chris and Rachel share their experience from our Beach Church internship and what they've learned about leadership through this experience.

On this episode, Pastor Carey and Pastor Jerry break down the Multiply vision and how we hope to multiply disciples, leaders, systems, churches, and new ground.

We believe that one of the greatest privileges of leadership is raising up the next wave of leaders.
