LETS TALK FEAR WE ALL are fearful of something. Its super easy to lean into your fears rather than take the risks of the unknown. The unknown is something that we are all afraid of. The "what ifs" start popping into your head. What if they judge me, What if I fail, what if it doesn't go my way.  Fear is merely a feeling associated with a negative outcome that you have MADE UP that literally hasn't even happened yet.  AND It probably wont even happen the way you envision it happening, it will probably be better.
