HSK Student pod

by Richard

I am an assistant Educational Technologist at the University of Hertfordshire in the School of Health and Social Work. Prior to this role, I was a full-time Computing / ICT secondary computing teacher. I have a great interest in the application of Creative Multimedia Technologies and Digital arts within education. Currently exploring ways in which eLearning related technologies such as podcast, interactive multimedia video tutorials could be used to support teach and learning. •HSK student pod has been created for all students in the School of Health and Social work •This is a podcast series which will cover a range of topics including keeping students up to date on what is going on in the school, useful tips and advice for getting ahead with their studies, and some special interest items with guest speakers. Our aim is to produce the podcast twice a month so that students have something fresh and new to listen to regularly. (Due to other commitments we may currently only be possible to produce one podcast per month and see how things go)
