1h 4m · Published
This week on Journeys With Wendy, I talk with my good friend and zen soul sister, Jennifer Buss. She details how clean eating (no preservatives, pesticides and food dyes) significantly helped her son with behavioural issues and ended up helping her whole family in the process. You can read more about her Journey in her book on Amazon “Better, Not Bitter: A Family's Journey From S.A.D to S.M.A.R.T” https://a.co/d/8k233zB. Read Jens full bio from Amazon here: Fierce mother and advocate for individuals of differing abilities. Jennifer is a global yoga leader with a passion for health education. Jennifer was honored to spend the past two decades on the Big Island of Hawaii with her husband of twenty seven years Brian and there three children Paris, Kaden and Lotus. Jennifer serves as a fresh voice and offers new ideas of perspective to help parents turn family situations of pain into passion. Her personal shift from the S.A.D. to S.M.A.R.T has led her from the frigid midwest to the paradise island of Hawaii and back again. Jennifer is a serial entrepreneur, shaping her history with real estate investing in Wisconsin to an organic Kona Coffee and Tea Farm in Hawaii. Now the founder of Yoganics LLC and a Children's Long Term Support Provider for the state of Wisconsin. With her book released she will be following her dream of helping other families create lives of meaningful impact by helping humanity gain an understanding of "natural order" by creating principles, processes and practices so that health, harmony and happiness can be present in the hearts, homes and heritage of those her work serves.
