Hi, welcome to our first episode! Today, we are discussing some key takeaways from "Start With Why" by Simon Sinek. 

Kumathoughts is a group that focuses on self-development and growth.

Kumathoughts is made up of 5 members. While the other 3 group members, Connie Wu, Matthew Nagata, and Naishal Shah will not be joining us for every podcast, they will be creating content such as blogs and powerpoints on our website. 

Our goal for KumaTalks is to discuss various books about education, business, and self-development; share our opinions and key takeaways as well as our own personal experiences that relate to the topics at hand.

We realized that the books provided more value to us when we were able to hear each other's unique perspective on them. We were able to elaborate on concepts that some of us couldn’t fully understand and build on top of them with our own explanations and examples. And we hope to do the same for you through this podcast by providing an entertaining way to provoke thoughts and inspire new perspectives.
