We tend to deny our needs for ourselves, which is not a good thing. We must be true to ourselves, and in line with that, we must be true to others. Being true to other people is also being true to yourself because you are taking an action for your needs. Be direct, be honest with your needs. If you have a problem with something or someone, take an action about it and never deny your needs for yourself.
