Lifting and Life

by Cameron Holmes

I'm Cam, the host of the Lifting and Life Podcast. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, I'm a Personal Trainer and I work 9-5 in IT. The ethos that guides the podcast is 'You Make You'. At a macro level that means your decisions and your actions create the person you become. At a micro level it speaks to the times when you have to make yourself do the things you know you should do. I chat to a wide range of people from coaches, to business owners and even my own mates - the aim is to educate and enable you to pursue your own self improvement journey.
