Living Beautifully

In this episode I explore the idea that most women (if not all women) struggle with insecurity and low self esteem. Rather than “faking it till you make it” (which I share why this is such a dangerous way to live) I invite the listener to deeper places of self exploration and honesty so discover the way to develop genuine confidence and esteem and live an aligned, healthy, whole, beautiful life.

In this episode I get a little more vulnerable with the “public” than I typically prefer but I’m learning many lessons and felt this one was to be shared. We discuss, in part, what living as a Christian looks like; living a kingdom life. There is an invitation to fear knocking from both sides; one is the world and the other is God... only One is worthy of devotion and sacrifice... though they both cost, only one gives any beneficial long term gain. How will you chose to live today?

In this episode I share with you an experience I had at Costco and the personal reflections that were inspired from it. We explore living under fear or raising about the fear based culture and living in faith. Fear is so insidious in our culture many of us are unaware of just how deep it runs within us, I lived that way for a long time. We must be willing to confess and confront our fear if we are ever to overcome it and live beautifully in faith.

In this episode we talk about the motives of the heart. We take a look at the service to self mindset and how it ultimately robs us of living authentically and in genuine connection with the Devine and others. We are challenged to be radically honest with ourselves and confront any motive in our hearts preventing us from living free and whole. Enjoy!!
