Finding Faith and Stepping on it

9m · Published 28 Sep 12:00

Join Ashley as she talks about her story and mission for this podcast. In this first episode she talks about her testimony from the one very traumatic experience that has altered her outlook on life, this is when he lost his little brother. He passed away from suicide this year of January 2021. As we know, grieving the death of a loved one is an individual process. Some initially feel numb and disoriented, then endure pangs of yearning for the person who has died. Others feel anxious and have trouble sleeping, perhaps dwelling on the old arguments or words they wish they had expressed. This is how we feel —you feel lost and get stuck. Today you will learn about how creative processing has played a role in her healing journey.

Have you stepped out on FAITH?

Stepping out in faith sounds easy, but it means leaving the comfort zone and facing our deepest fears. If you’re finding yourself stuck — stop and reflect.

Tune into today’s episode as Ashley will be kicking off this show with reality and share with you the right approach on looking at faith and stepping on it.
